Comes with additional bulbs and additional colored caps and adjustable speed controller. Additional support may be needed, which is not included.  

 This 1/4" metal frame display is powder coated for weather resistance and made with LED light technology that enhances the color and extends the life of the lights. If a light goes out, only the offending bulb goes out. Lights are attached to the frame with a colored cap system. They are placed closely together for continuity of color and design.
