An adjustable speed controller is included.

 This metal frame display is powder coated for weather resistance and made with LED light technology that enhances the color and extends the life of the lights. They are impervious to weather and attached to the frame with a colored cap system. Comes complete with ground stakes. Additional support may be needed but is not included.
