Ghost Mansion and Fence Set (10’6″ H x 11’6″ W)

Measurements of Mansion: 10′ 6″ Tall x 11′ 6″ Wide Measurements of Fence: Each section is 5′ 6″ Tall x 5′ 3″ Wide Included in this set are the Ghost Mansion and both fence sections.  Come visit the friendliest ghouls on the block; where there are no tricks, just treats! Your trick or treaters will be enamored by the colorful Mansion where ghosts and critters reside. 2 separate fence sections flank each side of the Mansion. There will be 2 adjustable speed animated controllers included so the speed of the fire and the speed of ghosts can be set seperately.   It’s not Halloween until someone breaks out the candy corn! This is an oversized piece and will ship LTL truck freight.  Also comes with additional bulbs and additional colored caps. Additional support will be needed, which is not included.    This 1/4″ metal frame display is powder coated for weather resistance and made with LED light technology that enhances the color and extends the life of the lights. Lights are attached to the frame with a colored cap system. They are placed closely together for continuity of color and design.
